WHAT IS FELCO STORE?
FELCO Store is a virtual store owned by Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation which is the distributor of the brands Firefly, Ecolum, Royu Chint, Shneider and Dulux. It offers convenient shopping for your lighting and electrical needs at your own comfort and convenience.
HOW DO I ORDER?
Ordering from FELCO Store is as easy as the following steps:
- Browse and choose your desired lighting and electrical product
- Click “Add to Cart”
- Checkout
- Choose your preferred delivery partner
- Choose your payment options
We will deliver your orders in the following working days:
- 3-5 working days within Metro Manila.
- 5-7 working days within Luzon
- 7-9 working days within Visayas, Mindanao & Island provinces
AREAS COVERED
We deliver to the following areas:
- Metro Manila
- Rizal
- North Luzon (up to Cagayan)
- South Luzon (up to Masbate)
- Visayas (up to Tacloban)
- Mindanao (up to Zamboanga del Sur)
For now, order delivery up to 50 kilograms and/ or 100cm in dimension in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
SHIPPING FEES:
Shipping fee depends on the rate of your delivery partner. Computation is based on either weight or distance.
MODES OF PAYMENT
Choose from the following payment options:
- CASH ON DELIVERY
- CREDIT CARD, MAYA WALLET via MAYA
- GCASH, ONLINE BANKING, OVER THE COUNTER via DRAGONPAY
We will be sending an advisory as we include additional modes of payment in the coming months.
IS SIGNING UP A REQUIREMENT FOR PURCHASE?
Creating an account is not required when making a purchase in FELCO Store. To be updated on the latest products and promo offers, we encourage you to subscribe to our online newsletter.
EMAIL VERIFICATION
When you sign up online, we will send you an email to verify your account to ensure we will be able to contact you.
ACCOUNT DELETION
Should you wish to delete your account, please send an email request to info@fireflyelectric.com with the following details:

Reason for Deletion:
Deletion of account will be processed 10-15 working days upon verification of the submitted information.
OPERATING HOURS
FELCO Store is open 24/7. However, orders received beyond 4pm will be processed on the next working day.
*Note: Processing of orders is every Mondays to Fridays only, except holidays.

ORDERS
MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT
There is no minimum purchase requirement.
BULK ORDERS
Stock availability and delivery lead time may vary. For more information call us at 8-789-1000.
ORDER STATUS
We will send you an order confirmation through email once your order has been received.
Order status will be updated to "fulfilled" once your order has been picked up by the delivery service.
ORDER GUARANTEE
We will try our best to ensure your order is served in full but in the event that one of the items ordered is unavailable, we will remove it from your total bill and deliver the rest of your orders.

CHANGES IN THE ORDERS
Orders that have been confirmed cannot be modified or canceled except if the item ordered is out of stock.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
A no return, no exchange policy will apply except for damaged items. For detailed information, please refer to the Return and Warranty Terms.
Returns due to change of mind and customer mishandling will not be allowed.
